Why we keep no stockroom
24hours— that's how long a cut stem lives in our cooler before it goes into a bouquet. Three times a week we take a delivery from farms near Talgar, and whatever doesn't sell during the shift doesn't wait on the shelf for the next batch — we write it off, roughly 180,400 ₸ of stock a month. The only thing that costs us more is a disappointed customer.
